the growth of Cage Fighting
and Mixed Martial Arts,
the next International Championship Fighting
superstar may be you.
For any Professional
Boxer / Unarmed combatant..
MMA, NHB, Kickboxing,
etc... The following health
requirements must be met.
The eye exam must be an
Ophthalmolgical exam,
A Physical must be completed,
A HIV test must be submitted
and a valid License in
the state that you are
fighting in.
Must fax to the Commission
or our Office at least
two weeks prior to fight
day.
